Ramsey collects contact details, project descriptions, RFQ metadata, and uploaded files submitted through the website.
File uploads
Uploaded RFQ files are intended to be stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Files are not attached to notification emails.
Service providers
The website may use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, bot protection, and analytics, and Resend for transactional email.
Retention
RFQ information and uploaded files are retained only as needed for quoting, customer communication, operations, and recordkeeping.
